- I read your note and write back — usually within a couple of days, always personally.
- We talk it through: how you work, the room it lives in, species, dimensions, base, cable paths. No obligation, no pressure.
- You get a drawing and a quote. If it's right, we begin. If it isn't, I'll tell you honestly — and point you toward someone who builds what you actually need.
