California Table: Office Edition


Here's a quick glimpse at the making of a new version of our California Series of tables made from sun tanned poplar. This version is 7ft long and has plenty of room for most home or small office needs.

Library Drawer Cab Conversion


Check out this crazy conversion of our severely mis-used vintage library cabinet. With no labels, things just got stuffed (and lost) within it cavernous drawers. As we are fixing up our home office/studio we wanted this thing to do what it was born to do: organize (and look good doin it).


As many good ideas begin, this one started over a heated argument on how to bring this thing back to life. I was ready to...


Coffee Table Makeover


Been working on some cool projects over at Found Vintage Rentals in Fullerton, CA. The owner, Jeni, is known for seeing hope in the hopeless, as far as furniture goes.

So with the help of my new HVLP sprayer and some salvaged tin from a burned down night club, we flipped this boring brown table into a really cool centerpiece for a little drinks and conversation;)

California Cookie Cutting


For my new line of California Coffee Tables I needed a good standard template that I will use to hand cut many new versions of this design from various types of wood. The original reclaimed version above was a bit too big for many living spaces + I need to maximize how much I can squeeze out of 1 sheet of plywood for more modern looking versions of the design.

A Trailer in the True Sense of the Word

Back in day, movie trailers came out after the film was released; hence la palabra 'trailer'. Now they come out 2 years before;) so really there all teasers...

Anyways...just realized I never shared the Teaser Video from my ReCreation Exhibition in spring.

Well even though it's over it'll 'tease' you if you never got to see it;)
